Yazz is a specialist commercial furniture company supplying local and imported product for over 10 years. We represent over eight major European brands in Australia, along with our own collection. To help us achieve our high growth strategy and establish a national presence we are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager.
This is a newly created position which reports directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for developing the overall sales strategy, building and leading a team of Sales Professionals and ensuring all key accountabilities and sales budget targets are achieved.
You will service a client base of architects, interior designers, developers and commercial builders and end users. In addition, you will proactively lead the business development agenda and provide significant input into our marketing strategy and sales campaign management. You will have strong skills and experience in the development and delivery of strategically aligned sales plans.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will have a proven track record in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and management, ideally gained in the commercial furniture sector but experience in related sectors is welcome. You will be results-driven and possess a strong client service ethic. You will be able to work autonomously, possess technical aptitude and have a consultative-selling approach, along with a track record in building positive long term business relationships. You will be self motivated and possess exceptional people skills and bring strong business acumen to the role.
You will have solid CRM analytical skills to evaluate client requirements, market trends, and competitor activity and be able to translate these into effective sales strategies and tactics to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
Ideally you will have deep experience in leading, managing and developing a team of sales professionals across Australia. However, you might be a State or Regional Sales Manager looking for the next step.
A competitive package including base salary, attractive incentive/bonus scheme along with a FMCV (or equivalent) will be offered to the successful candidate.
