Careers Indesign (“CRiD”) is part of online network operated by Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd ABN 96 101 789 262 (“INDESIGN”). Please note that terms and conditions of each website of INDESIGN online network may vary due to different products and services supplied by each website.

Please read all terms and conditions listed below carefully before using any information or services available on CRiD website. When using any services of this website, you agree to bound by the terms and conditions below. This terms and conditions may be modified at any time, any major changes will be posted on the website.


Copyright and Trademarks

All material provided by CRiD is copyright protected the material can not be used, copied, reproduced, published, stored in a retrieval system, altered or transmitted in any form or by any means in whole or part without the prior written approval of INDESIGN. The material may be used for personal reference only, where user agrees not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by INDESIGN.


Privacy Policy and Security

CRiD collects personal information of its users, the public, advertisers, prospective employees, advertising agencies, business partners, contractors or mailing lists. Any personal sensitive information collected includes name, address, contact details, gender, occupation and where relevant financial information, including credit card details or banking information. All information is stored securely by INDESIGN, and it is not supplied or sold to a third party.

Management and security of personal information is a responsibility of INDESIGN, where it acts in accordance with this policy and the Commonwealth Privacy Act. INDESIGN takes all necessary steps to protect all personal information provided by users from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by various means including firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions. CRiD also takes all necessary steps to ensure the website is virus free, you hereby acknowledge that accessing the website is done at your own risk.

Every user and/or Advertiser obtains a unique login name and a password. You will become entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your login and password. Moreover, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You have to notify CRiD of any unauthorised use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.


Website Purpose

You acknowledge that CRiD does not provide any professional advice; it provides only general information in summary form on legal or other issues. CRiD does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs, business or self-employment opportunities advertised on its site. CRiD recommends seeking your own legal, financial or taxation advice if needed before entering any. In no circumstances CRiD will be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information obtained or omitted from the site.


Acceptable Use

You agree that during your use of the website you will not intentionally make representations that are misleading or false. Your use of this website should be for personal or professional purposes only and you will not use the site to store, send, distribute or publish any illegal, misleading or offensive information. CRiD has a right to block any user who will breach this agreement.

An advertisement will be posted on the website for a period it was booked for. An Advertiser will only list one job position per advertisement, as CRiD has a right to charge for any multi job listing that appears within the same advertisement.


Liability

CRiD does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any specific job that may be advertised on the website. In the same way, CRiD does not guarantee that any advertisement placed on the website will attract applications, or that any advertisement placed on the website will lead to the placement of the successful candidate.


Payment

Once the advertisement is submitted to be posted on the website, you agree to pay CRiD in full, prior to its publication. Credit card payment is required for all purchases, including single and multiple ads purchase. The payment will be processed at the time of the booking. If for whatever reason, the payment is not successful, you agree that you will be liable for all charges and costs associated with resubmitting a request for payment or other means of making payment to the company. You will have to contact CRiD directly, if you wish to arrange another method of payment.

CRiD does not provide a refund for any advertisement, therefore you agree that at the time of a purchase, you will be liable for providing and checking that all information is correct. Under some circumstances an exchange may be organised, you will have to contact CRiD to further details.


Suspension

CRiD reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without any notice in the event of, but not limited to, non-payment of advertisements or breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
